The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the visual presentation, product placement, and promotional displays of SMEG products across all retail channels in the Philippines. This role ensures that SMEG's products are showcased effectively, in line with brand standards, to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. The supervisor will manage a team of merchandisers, collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail partners, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic merchandising plans.

• Lead the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies for all retail locations, including showrooms, department stores, and pop-up shops.
• Ensure that SMEG products are displayed attractively and consistently, adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Design and implement window displays, in-store product arrangements, and promotional setups that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Supervise and mentor a team of merchandisers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to implement merchandising standards effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.
• Ensure that in-store promotions and marketing materials (posters, flyers, digital signage) are correctly implemented and aligned with marketing strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or visual merchandising, preferably in the home appliances, consumer electronics, or luxury goods sectors.
