The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that GrainSmart products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted in retail locations. This role involves regular visits to store locations to set up, organize, and maintain displays, ensuring that GrainSmart's products are presented in the most attractive and impactful way possible. The Merchandiser will also collaborate closely with the sales team and retail partners to maximize shelf space, improve product visibility, and drive sales.

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or product placement, ideally within the food or consumer goods industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with retail partners and team members.
• Flexibility to travel between retail locations and work outside regular business hours, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 PHP
