An Member Relations Officer (MRO) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and provides clients/accredited medical
facilities/brokers/agents with information regarding the plans they have (medical, travel, or sachet insurance product). His or Her primary role is to provide first contact resolution.
Requirement
- Job Title: Member Relations Officer
- No experience but have good comm skills are welcome to apply!
- have at least 6 months experience in CSR - Healthcare/ HMO acct
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule & onsite
