Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field is generally required.
Accredited Program: Completion of an accredited medical laboratory science program.
Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or equivalent is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes. Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols.
Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate results.
