Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting to our existing and prospective customers in the medical field. You will play a crucial role in educating healthcare professionals about our cutting-edge products and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong sales background and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.


  • Sales & Account Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators, to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Product Education: Provide product demonstrations, training, and education to medical professionals to ensure safe and effective usage.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze territory performance, customer needs, and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and market intelligence. Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or any related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed..
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
