Description
- To perform scoping and plant survey to understand the customer process and steam system, Identify the Requirement and provide them solution to Save Energy by increasing the up time of the steam system.
- Steam Trap survey - and make survey report for -trap selection, good engineering practices, trap leakage and submit the proposal with payback
- Understand the market and location, and identify the grid Customer by making cold call, Visit the industrial estate, Networking through digital Media, and taking part in Industrial Association meetings.
- Make the Steam system Data base of each customer in the grid, collect the information such as, annual fuel bill, specific steam consumption, Trap Uptime, Condensate recovery factor, Specific fuel consumption.
- Make proposal for energy improvement with pay back calculation, by review and analysis the Steam data base.
- Focus on Application and solution based sales, on Product such as, Steam Traps, Condensate recovery system, hot water generator, Control Valve, Steam flow meter, Control System, Boiler Automation system.
- Make proposal and follow comp0any instruction and nomenclature and work as team
- Report - update report daily on the CRM system on daily basic.
- Customer visit: 10 customers in a week
- Offer generation - 5 offers in a week
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering. (Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation)
- Basic knowledge on reading and understanding the PID Loop.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Process and Industrial Application Knowledge in 2 industries (Food & Beverage, Brewery, Chemical, Cogeneration power plant)
- Good Salesman skill, ready to travel and visit customer most of the time.
- Ability to do Steam trap /; Plant survey.
- Knowledge of Basic Steam Engineering and Control Instrument is advantage.
- People caring the family Spirit, with social responsibility.
