Description
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in heavy machinery, ensuring top performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent future breakdowns, following HAKATA POWER MACHINERIES INC. protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to manage maintenance schedules and inventory stock of parts and supplies.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure functionality, maintaining comprehensive documentation of repairs and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry advancements in heavy equipment mechanics and apply those techniques to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Repair.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, but practical experience during educational studies is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in stamping processes, hand welding, assembly process, and sheet metal process. Strong client service skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance, adhere to safety protocols, work with precision tools, and engage with clients to understand their service needs.
- Working Conditions: The role may involve working in noisy environments, with the potential for exposure to grease, chemicals, and heavy machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strong work ethic. Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
