MCO Mechanic
Job Description
Description
- Checks set molds and prepare other tools required in the MCO before the start of stabilization;
- Stabilize the product quality of Mould/Color Change over;
- Monitor and maintain the consistent quality of stabilized (MCO) machines.
- Assist the Line Mechanic with the preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Inspect components to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Assembly Process, Blow Molding Process, and Injection Molding Process.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Working Conditions: Work in a factory setting with exposure to machinery and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork-oriented.
