We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Baker with expertise in bread, pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and the ability to produce high-quality baked goods consistently. The role requires flexibility and willingness to relocate to our different branches.

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries to the highest standards
• Develop and refine recipes to maintain and improve quality
• Ensure consistency and quality of all baked products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise Junior baking staff
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Be willing to relocate to different branches as required

• Proven experience as a Master Baker with expertise in bread, pastries
• Strong Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamworks skills
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to different branches
