Position Overview:

The B2B Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns designed to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. Your expertise in B2B marketing, will be essential in crafting effective marketing initiatives and driving client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, email, social media, and events. Ensure campaigns are tailored to the needs of the fuel, oil, or logistics sectors.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content such as case studies, blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with business clients and address industry-specific needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Use insights to help shape marketing strategies and refine campaign approaches.
  • Client Engagement: Support efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients through targeted marketing initiatives and personalized communication.
  • Brand Support: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to uphold brand integrity.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Contribute to event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities to maximize impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze performance data to assess ROI and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.


Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the fuel, oil, or logistics industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fuel, oil, or logistics sectors, and an understanding of industry-specific marketing strategies and challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong skills in campaign execution, content creation, and market research. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical Abilities: Capability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign success and inform decision-making.
