- Manage the Marketing Department: Graphics, Events, PR, and Digital Media.
- Create plans and strategies, and ensuring all aspects of marketing activities align with the goals of the company.
- Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of all Marketing events and activities.
- Ensure strong and beneficial business relationships with the celebrity endorsers.
- Set event strategies and programs to enhance market presence.
- Reviews and evaluates contracts with suppliers and artist.
