Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the Philippine market. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of local market trends, digital marketing tools, and the ability to create impactful content that resonates with Filipino audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and monitor successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, articles, newsletters) tailored to Filipino audiences for social media and digital marketing.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on current market trends, competitors, and audience preferences within the Philippines to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in developing promotional materials, organizing events, and executing advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to refine and improve future strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Philippine market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics), content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of cultural nuances in the Philippines.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Adaptability: Agile and flexible, able to adjust strategies quickly to meet changing market demands.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and/or event management
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends in the Philippines
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
