Klima Optima, a leading provider of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services, is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our HVAC services. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.

• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to promote Klima Optima’s HVAC solutions.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for digital and traditional platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow Klima Optima’s presence on social media platforms by creating content, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the audience to increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a related technical service industry. Experience in digital marketing and content creation is highly desirable.
• Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media management. Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and understand HVAC services and communicate benefits effectively in marketing materials.
