- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the redemption area, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and display organization.

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests in redeeming their tickets or points for prizes and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal teams for inventory replenishment.

- Graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably with relevant work experience in the same role.

- Familiar with inventory management and FIFO.

- Keen to details and highly organized.

- Results driven and goal oriented.

- Manages and organizes merchandise displays.

- Good analytical skills and provides excellent customer satisfaction.
