Assist the Supervisor: Help oversee maintenance and fabrication tasks within the machine shop.
Coordinate with Production: Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the production team.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose equipment problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support as required.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance.
Collaborate on Improvements: Work with the engineering team to identify and apply process improvements.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Strong experience with machine operations, including maintenance and fabrication, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in overseeing maintenance and fabrication activities.
Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of technicians, with strong communication skills for providing guidance, support, and coordinating with other departments.
Proficient in reading and interpreting CNC machine manuals, technical drawings, and Gcode programming
Strong organizational abilities to manage maintenance schedules, track spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Experience in managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and machine shop operations, including cost estimation and controlling expenses
