Description

  • Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation services.
  • Plan and monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Organize the warehouse, label goods, plot deliveries and process shipments.
  • Immediately respond to any issues or complaints.
  • Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are correct
  • Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock.
  • Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of the department.
  • Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time.
  • Adhere to Company rules and regulations including ISO, Safety, GMP-SSOP, Food Safety
  • practices and standards and other Departmental procedures.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Graduate of any Management course or any related course
  • Three (3) to five (5) years experience as a Logistics Supervisor in a warehousing or manufacturing company
  • With knowledge and skill in the use of database or inventory system like SAP or ERP system
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and with good problem solving skills
  • Good management skills
  • Computer literate
