- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of products, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to streamline operations.
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in the development of logistics strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, scheduling, time management, written communication, and organizational skills. Discretion in handling sensitive information is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate logistics operations, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and excellent problem-solving skills.
