The Loan Agent Program seeks experienced, motivated professionals to drive loan product sales and manage client relationships. As a Loan Agent at the AM to M rank, you will oversee loan acquisition efforts, ensure accurate application processing, and provide quality service to clients. You will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, assisting clients through loan options, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Strong experience and knowledge in handling, managing, and growing loan agents/consultants (includes screening, recruiting, and training loan agents)
• Strong experience and knowledge in the Financing /Lending industry
• Proven sales experience and willingness to do fieldwork
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
