Description
- Represent Cosmetix Unlimited, Inc. as a Live Seller, engaging customers in real-time virtual sales experiences.
- Demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales and brand loyalty within the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services industry.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Cultivate a dynamic, interactive, and enjoyable shopping environment through excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Collaborate with marketing to strategize engaging live-selling segments and promotions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize live sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in marketing or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in sales, especially in a live selling or broadcasting environment, is advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication, persuasive selling abilities, familiarity with social media and live streaming platforms, basic technical proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Present and sell products or services to online audiences, engage with customers in real-time, prepare and execute live sales strategies.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, comfortable with being on camera, and able to handle the dynamic pace of live interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for products sold.
