Description
- Mounting high-quality live stream videos Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and Tiktok to promote sales.
- Master the product knowledge of the company’s product to be promoted in the live streaming.
- Help the creative team create promotional content through videos
- Actively interact and communicate with online fans on various platforms such as live video broadcasts, sales, and games, etc.
- Maintain an energetic and healthy broadcast environment and atmosphere.
- Be able to independently plan live chat topics and actively communicate with fans online.
- Plan and create content, script, and program flow for live streaming.
- Keep the live broadcast platform active, improve customer favorability and stickiness, and maintain the healthy order of the channel.
- Live introduction of items
- Upselling and Cross-selling to maximize basket size
- Achieving set KPI’s daily/weekly/monthly (targets)
- Providing sales report daily/weekly/monthly
- Adhere to platform live policies
- Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends and happenings.
- Suggests improvements on live selling setup and promotions
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum High/Senior High School degree
- Less than 1 year of experience in live selling or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in TikTok, Shoppee, Lazada, and live selling techniques
- Engage customers during live sessions, showcase products effectively, and manage online sales
- Fast-paced, tech-savvy environment; flexible hours may be required
- Energetic, persuasive, and adaptable individual with a passion for sales
