As a Live Seller, you'll engage with our online audience, showcasing our products and sharing expert knowledge to drive sales and build brand loyalty. If you're passionate about pets, excel in live sales, and align with our natural, holistic approach, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Host live streaming sessions, demonstrating and explaining products to potential customers.

2. Engage with the audience to build trust, answer questions, and address customer inquiries in real-time.

3. Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism while promoting products.

4. Act as the face of  Top Select’s brands, ensuring a warm and approachable presentation.

5. Track live session metrics and provide feedback to the team to improve future streams.

6. Regularly analyze competitors' live selling techniques and trends to ensure our sessions remain engaging, relevant, and competitive.

7. Highlight product features, benefits and usage.

8. Maintain a deep understanding of the entire product catalog, including features, specifications, and pricing.

Duties:

1. Prepare and rehearse live selling scripts and contents.

2. Engage with customers through live chat, comments, or other platforms

1. College Graduate is preferred but not a must

2. Experience in live selling or similar customer-facing roles, ideally in the pet or lifestyle industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Comfortable being on camera and engaging a large audience.

5. Willing to learn about Top Select’s products, brands, and unique selling points.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, as some live sessions may be scheduled during peak viewing times

7. Has talent, wit, and sense of humor.

1. Familiarity with various streaming platforms ( Facebook Live, Shopee Live, TikTok Live, etc.)

8. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

9. Furparent/ Petlover is a plus.

10. Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, and NBI (for payroll processing)

11. Must be able to start as soon as possible

12.Tondo, Manila : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
