Description
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Restock amenities, towels, and linens as needed.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff and management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, time management, and basic cleaning techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Cleaning rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role, requiring lifting and movement in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, hard-working, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
