We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Pharmacist to join a well-known Retail Brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and promoting health and wellness. This position is open to fresh graduates who hold a valid pharmacist license

• Dispense prescription medications and provide patient counseling on proper medication usage.
• Conduct medication therapy management, including medication reviews and health assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and inventory management.
• Educate patients on health-related topics, including disease prevention and management.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, drug interactions, and best practices in medication management.
• Participate in pharmacy-related initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

License/Certification:

• Pharmacist license (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacist license
