Job Description:

As a Licensed Pharmacist at Sweet Treat Pharmacy and Compounding Lab, Inc. in Makati, Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing prescription medications and offering professional guidance to customers.
• Skillfully compounding medications to meet the unique needs of patients.
• Maintaining precise patient records and profiles.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Efficiently managing inventory to ensure adequate stock of medications.
• Overseeing and supervising the work of pharmacy assistants.
• Ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations in the Philippines.
• Conducting pharmaceutical compounding with precision and accuracy to create specialized medications tailored to individual patient needs.

• Valid and current Pharmacist License from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including compounding techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
