Description

Position Overview: The Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for various financial transactions with nearby financial institutions and will offer comprehensive help in making sure that the organization's financial processes are followed. The finance manager will oversee the bank liaison officer's activities generally, and the finance officer will supervise the officer directly. By acting as a link between several departments, organizations, or stakeholders, it promotes coordination, communication, and cooperation in the pursuit of shared goals and objectives. Developing and preserving connections, promoting information sharing, and resolving problems or conflicts when they arise are all part of this job.


In charge of organizing and submitting required paperwork to government authorities, depositing checks and other bank transactions, and collecting money from clients.


Delivering letters, parcels, and other things to different places will fall within the purview of the liaison officer. They will be expected to keep precise delivery records and guarantee the prompt and secure delivery of goods. In addition, the liaison will be in charge of keeping the business vehicle maintained and in good operating order.


  • Processing all local bank withdrawals and payments on a daily basis.
  • Keeping track of transfers and replenishments for each account, as well as doing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Managing the payment of bills, invoices, salaries, etc.
  • Transferring to other banks any required cash replenishments.
  • Serving as the general point of contact for the LGU and bank.
  • Regular monitoring of the bank liaison officer assistant's work
  • Helping the cashier when necessary
  • Ensuring that proper financial control procedures are followed
  • Co-ordinating administrative tasks for finance division meetings
  • Administrative support (inclusive of filing, typing, scheduling, telephone calls)
  • Act as a liaison between departments or teams within the organization to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines in all liaison activities.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting liaison activities.
  • Support cross-functional projects, initiatives, or programs by facilitating collaboration and coordination among project teams, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for the project teams, offering information, criticism, and assistance as required.
  • Keep thorough records of all correspondence, payment agreements, and collection actions.
  • Work together with the departments of sales, customer service, and finance to settle any billing disputes and unresolved problems that may hinder the collection of payments.
  • Inform management on a frequent basis about account reconciliation, payment statuses, and collection activities.
  • Accurately and promptly prepare and process daily bank deposits.
  • Check deposit amounts and make sure all transactions are properly documented and recorded.
  • Keep secret and act honorably and discreetly when handling sensitive financial information.
  • When necessary, conduct fieldwork with various government entities to help with regulatory compliance and problem-solving.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization, among other administrative chores.
  • Deliver goods, messages, and other things to different places.
  • Ensure that your delivery records are accurate.
  • Assure prompt and secure delivery of the goods.
  • Make sure the corporate car is kept up to date and functional.
  • Be polite and professional when speaking with clients and customers.
  • Observe all driving laws and guidelines.
  • Inform the proper authorities of any mishaps or events.
  • And any additional tasks that might be allocated.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
  • Preferably with experience in bank transactions and with own motorcycle.
  • Willing to work onsite and in Antipolo City, Rizal
