Description

The Client Services Associate (Lead Generation Specialist) is responsible for assessing and qualifying leads generated through inbound marketing strategies. This role focuses on identifying the potential clients' needs, determining their fit with the consulting firm’s services, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospects.

 


Lead Qualification

  1. Review and assess inbound leads generated from various marketing channels (e.g., website inquiries, social media, emails).
  2. Utilize established criteria to qualify leads based on their potential value and alignment with the firm’s services.


Initial Outreach

  1. Conduct timely follow-ups with new leads via phone, email, or chat to gather additional information and gauge interest.
  2. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring a tailored approach.


Data Management

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  2. Track lead status and progress, providing regular updates to the Client Services team.

Collaboration with Client Services Team

  1. Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to hand off qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition for follow-up and nurturing.
  2. Provide insights and context about leads to help the Client Services team prepare for conversations.


Feedback and Reporting

  1. Analyze lead conversion rates and provide feedback on lead quality and sourcing effectiveness.
  2. Participate in regular meetings to share insights and identify areas for process improvement.


Continuous Improvement

  1. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead qualification and inbound marketing.
  2. Suggest enhancements to lead qualification processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Front Desk Services

  1. Manage visitors and assist in client meetings by ensuring meeting rooms are ready, clients are assisted to the conference rooms, and offered refreshments as requested.
  2. Manage document transmittals for Client Services team.
  3. Transfer to the appropriate department inbound calls. 
  4. Assist in other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead qualification, sales, or customer service, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Confident in handling calls and inquiries over landline and air calls.
