Description

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Stock ingredients and manage inventory.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Support culinary team during busy shifts.
  • Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking skills, ability to follow instructions, and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support chefs as needed.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
