Description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Help with the receipt and storage of food deliveries, maintaining proper rotation and storage.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks, such as washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and prepping ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service in line with Makati (Sports) Club, Inc. standards.
- Be adaptable and willing to assist in all areas of the kitchen operations within the Food & Beverages industry.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience Level: Ideal for candidates with under 1 year of experience, including fresh graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in food preparation, understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation, and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in food prep, maintain a clean kitchen, help with inventory management, and support the chef as needed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with extended periods of standing. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: A team player with excellent communication, time management, and a strong work ethic.
