【職位描述】
1. 參與並負責MoeGo業務系統開發，支持核心場景；
2. 參與並負責業務系統的穩定性建設、報警、監控、容災、降級等；
3. 參與設計並實現具備可擴展性和可維護性的系統方案；
4. 協助Tech Lead搭建技術團隊和團隊管理，提升團隊整體技術能力和業務理解能力。
Requirement
【職位要求】
1. 至少三年以上開發工作經歷，本科及以上學歷；
2. 精通Java/C++/Go等開發語言之一，具有良好的分析解決問題能力，能獨立承擔任務，有系統進度把控能力；
3. 有團隊搭建以及團隊管理經驗者優先；
4. 學習能力強，對產品有強烈的責任心，具備良好的溝通能力和優秀的團隊協作能力。
