- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
- Document and report quality issues and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance and project coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in QA methodologies, project management tools, and strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute test plans, coordinate project activities, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, effective communicator, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
