Job Overview:

The Junior Engineer with Licensed will assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their career looking to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering problems. The Junior Engineer will work under the supervision of senior engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

• Assist in the design, analysis, and development of engineering solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to perform calculations, simulations, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for engineering projects.

Testing & Analysis:

• Conduct tests and inspections of products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.
• Gather and analyze data, reporting findings to senior engineers.
• Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving for design or process issues.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare technical documentation, including test results, project reports, and design specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all engineering activities and changes made during the project lifecycle.
• Help generate reports and presentations for both internal teams and external clients.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input and solutions to engineering challenges.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for material specifications and product testing.

Research & Development:

• Assist in researching new technologies, materials, and methodologies to improve product design and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new engineering tools, and best practices.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure that all projects and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Support efforts to improve safety and quality control procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• MUST be a registered licensed engineer
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in engineering or internship experience.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering tools.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
