Domzkie Computer Shop is hiring a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and staff for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems, including network, software, and hardware issues.
• Assist with setting up and configuring new computers, printers, and other electronic equipment.
• Maintain and update shop computers and systems, ensuring they run efficiently.
• Install and configure software, drivers, and updates as needed.
• Ensure proper system security and data backup procedures are followed.

• Previous experience in IT support, computer troubleshooting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
