WORK ONSITE: ETON CENTRIS, QUEZON CITY

• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails , chats and Self-service tickets from staff regarding IT issues and queries
• Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress promptly
• 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT-related problems from in-house software to hardware
• Understand the SLA/SLOs of the accounts and work accordingly to deliver service to customers.

IT SERVICE DESK Position:

• At least High School Graduate with 18 months TSR experience or 1 year IT Service Desk Experience

TL Position:

• 1-2 years experience as ITSD TL
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Amenable to START ASAP
• Amenable to WORK ONSITE

Trainer Position:

• 1-2 years experience as ITSD Trainer
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Amenable to START ASAP
• Amenable to WORK ONSITE

QA Position:

• Completed 2 years in College
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• At least 2 years Quality Assurance experience | With ITSD experience (1 year and Up)
• Amenable to START ASAP
