Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and production systems.
Manage IT infrastructure, system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
Lead IT projects, infrastructure deployments, and technology improvements.
Ensure IT security compliance while mentoring junior IT staff and supporting end users.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, Network Administration Experience in VLANs, OSPF, and BGP, Routing, and Wireless Controller and Access Point
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support
