The Inventory Clerk is assigned to pay close attention to detail and notice any discrepancies regarding inventory. He will be responsible for performing quality control on arriving stocks as well as the stocks being stored in the warehouse.

• Check the quality of all incoming items- ensure that there are no spills or missing elements and that the overall status of the products meet set requirements;
• Conduct daily warehouse monitoring activities in accordance to Good Storage Practices- ensure that required storage conditions are being met and that store products do not deteriorate over time;
• Manage LBC shipment monitoring and communicate issues to IM Head;
• Conduct weekly physical inventory count;
• Prepare audit documentation requirements as well as other documents that may be deemed necessary by different government agencies;
• Assist in other daily tasks of the Inventory Management work unit as needed.

Education:

• Business Management- related course

Training and/or equivalent experience:

• Inventory Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain

Skills required:

• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Proficiency in Inventory Software is a plus
• Experience in importation documentation is a big plus
