• Track and manage inventory supplies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system within Asmara Urban Resort & Lifestyle Village.
• Perform daily audits and analyses to forecast inventory needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to align inventory levels with seasonal demand, particularly within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all incoming and outgoing supplies.
• Adhere to and enhance inventory control procedures to reduce loss and ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our guests.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience Level:

• Entry-level; less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and team members.
• Strong work ethic to efficiently handle inventory tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills to assess inventory levels and forecast needs.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and processes.
