Requirements
- Job Title: Construction Worker
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in construction or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using power tools, basic math skills, understanding of construction techniques, and ability to read blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform various construction tasks, assist with structural building, maintain a clean and safe worksite, and follow project specifications.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions, physically demanding tasks, and potential for overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Physically fit, attentive to detail, strong work ethic, teamwork-oriented, and reliable.
