• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in software/hardware activities.
• Conduct regression and performance testing.
• Other tasks that may assigned by the IT Supervisor.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in software testing.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in software, hardware, network, Windows, and PC testing, with knowledge of database management.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct testing activities, report defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality.
