Process Improvement: Analyze production processes, workflows, and operations to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
System Design: Design and implement systems for material flow, production, logistics, and operations to improve operational effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on various production metrics, time studies, and operational costs to guide decision-making and identify trends.
Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control measures and systems to ensure products meet specified standards.
Resource Optimization: Assess and optimize the use of labor, materials, equipment, and energy in production to reduce waste and improve output.
Project Management: Manage projects aimed at enhancing production systems, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teams in manufacturing, logistics, quality control, and supply chain management to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that production processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and improve workplace safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or similar tools)
Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools may be beneficial
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Project management experience or certification is a plus
