Managing tooling projects (serial and pilot) in Salesforce CRM.
Handling dates, lead times, and responding to customer inquiries related to tooling projects.
Coordinating sample shipments and providing timely updates to customers.
Managing communication with customers regarding project status and expectations, in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Providing administrative support to KAMs and the Technical Team for complaint handling and general communication, such as information gathering and lead time control.
Analyzing and resolving invoice and dunning issues, following up with customers to ensure timely payment.
Ensuring all required documents are submitted to customers to facilitate payment for tooling and pre-production orders.
Assisting with the maintenance of ERP system (Abas) data
Overseeing the PPAP submission and approval process, updating release status in ERP.
Supporting all sales team members as needed to ensure effective and efficient customer response.
Coordinating backup tasks for absent team members, potentially involving international team members, in consultation with the team leader.
Handling additional country-specific tasks as required
Requirements
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course; may also consider Business Administration graduates
Proficiency in managing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail in tasks and processes.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Capable of communicating effectively and aligning approval processes with customers worldwide in a professional manner.
Ability to promptly respond to inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to facilitate efficient data management and workflow processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce software would be an advantage for managing sales-related activities and customer interactions.
