The successful candidate will be hired directly by Samer Luzon Integrated Services Inc and to be assigned to our client office in Asia Ringfield Corp, Pintatagan, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development and Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least 6 mos. HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with willingness to learn new technical systems as needed.
• Willing to be trained and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and contract records.
• Coordinate employee orientation, performance evaluations, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Philippine labor laws, and other government-mandated regulations.
• Conduct on-site visits for employee coordination, HR support, compliance monitoring, and investigations when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all HR matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
