Description

This job directly reports to the HR Director and oversees and supports the information, data, and technology needs of the People and Organization division. The role focuses on providing data management and analysis, compliance, and data security through access management and proper deployment of tools and systems


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provides insights and recommendations on HR strategies to support business objectives by analyzing the efficiency and cost of existing business processes.
  • Conceptualize solutions to improve HR efficiency and productivity focused on automation and labor-saving initiatives.
  • Manages procurement and control of HR tools, systems, and software subscriptions based on budget.
  • Responsible for storing and generating cost and inventory reports for HR tools and subscriptions.
  • Oversee implementation of processes and tools for HR focusing on documentation and sustainability. 
  • Ensure consistent timely delivery of HRDT services and reports based on SLA.
  • Manages communication with external department and vendor partners on handling issues and concerns related to HR data, projects, systems, and tools.
  • Leads and manages data and technology projects for P&O
  • Oversees the data collection and analysis of HR metrics and data from various sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, Labor compliance, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Develop reports packages based on required KPI and metrics dashboard per section.
  • Responsible for the completeness and recency of all HR-documented information in the central repository (PRG Connect).
  • Manages data sources, accessibility, and security in HR digital platforms in compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA).
  • Leads data validation of people metrics and reports based on declared metrics.
  • Conceptualize and create process automation initiatives aligned to the requirements specifications of stakeholders and user feedback.
  • Collaborates with both internal and external teams on administration - provision of HR projects in terms of prioritization, development, and status updates. 
  • Participates in collaborative meetings where automation and systems are needed.
  • Provides guidance and support to data stewards.
  • Initiates coaching activities to direct reports.
  • Engaged commitment to the team’s competency and developmental progress.
  • Responsible for enabling HR data stewards through the HR certification process.
  • Leads activities on data accuracy of OU records in HRIS and AD

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline, such as computer or data sciences, IT Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics and project management.


TECHNICAL COMPETENCY NEEDS

  • Demonstrated proficiency in selecting, creating, managing, and evaluating databases • Strategy Co-Creation
  • Familiarity to MS365 Platform and other Management Systems
  • Advanced level in PowerBI and other Analysis Platforms
  • Familiarity with using and managing HRIS or similar HCM applications
