The Human Resource Assistant will support the HR department in recruitment, employee records management, payroll, and general HR tasks. Responsibilities include:
Recruitment: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Address HR inquiries and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in preparing HR reports.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in HR or administrative roles, with experience in recruitment and HR compliance preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience is a plus.
