HRdirect is opening a post for a Senior Service Advisor to assist and mentor the current Service Advisor population in Manila. This role is intended as a career development path for High potential/high performing Service Advisor to become supervisors in the future.


At the moment, Manila HRdirect has a total of 51 Service Advisors with only 2 supervisors to support. Manila has already transferred a few service advisors to US managers to help manage the team.


This position will play a crucial role in assisting supervisors manage their team. and work closely with smaller team of service advisors and drive them to reach HRdirect goals.


Positions in this function are responsible for evaluating and resolving calls in the HRDirect Service Center. This position makes uses of policy documents, knowledge bases, manuals and other tools in the day to day resolution of employee calls to HRdirect.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of HR Contact Center experience
  • Proficient in US HR Process
  • Knowledge of Stakeholder Management
  • Willing to work Night shift schedule


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior TL/Supervisory experience
  • Experience in leadership role in the past
