Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Job Posting: Create and publish job ads on various platforms.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.

2. Employee Relations

Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve workplace disputes or employee grievances.

Employee Support: Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.

Workplace Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement.

3. Payroll & Benefits Management

Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including overtime and deductions.

Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), and address employee inquiries about them.

Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave requests (vacation, sick leave, etc.).

4. Compliance & Legal

Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations.

Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance reviews.

Policy Development: Draft and revise HR policies to align with legal standards and company goals.

5. Training & Development

Training Programs: Organize and coordinate employee training sessions (soft skills, technical skills).

Performance Management: Assist in developing performance review processes, including setting goals and monitoring progress.

6. HR Data & Reporting

HR Metrics: Track HR-related metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.) and generate reports.

Data Management: Ensure HR systems are up to date with employee data and maintain confidentiality.

7. Health & Safety

Workplace Safety: Ensure the workplace meets health and safety standards.

Employee Wellbeing: Implement programs to support employee mental and physical health.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
