Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and assist with payroll inputs
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
• Support training sessions and HR events
• Help prepare HR reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
