University of Perpetual Help System Pangasinan is currently in need of HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, AB/BS Psychology, or any related course
• With at least one (1) year of work-related experience
• Being a Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work quality
• Ability to drive vehicles / Has a driver's license is a plus!
• Willing to work in Malasiqui, Pangasinan

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resource Department through the accurate preparation and monitoring of employee attendance and government mandated benefit documents. Assists employees with benefit inquiries and claims, maintains accurate and confidential employee records and filing systems, and supports the efficient and orderly operations of the HRD Office. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
