Description

  • Participate in recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with Timber Protection & Maintenance Services, Inc.'s values and industry standards.
  • Design and implement effective training and development programs to address skill gaps and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support the creation of HR policies specific to the professional services sector, with a focus on safety, employee well-being, and sustainability.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Contribute to performance management processes, aligning them with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Diploma degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students with no prior work experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Highly proficient in computer literacy and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential for hybrid work arrangements, depending on company policy.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for proactive, adaptable individuals with a keen willingness to learn and a professional attitude towards work.
