Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide support in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with HR regulations.
  • Facilitate communication with employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry level, with less than 1 year of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, strong employee relations knowledge, adeptness as a recruitment specialist, excellent communication skills, ability to use HRIS and office software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, help maintain employee records, support the HR team in daily tasks, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potentially with hybrid or remote work options, standard work hours with occasional overtime during recruitment drives or HR projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Great interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, ability to maintain confidentiality, team player with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
