Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team in the Philippines. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to conducting interviews and overseeing the hiring process. This role is essential for building a strong talent pipeline for our company and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing
  • Identify and source qualified candidates using online channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking sites).
  • Leverage local job boards and maintain relationships with local universities and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening and Interviewing
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordination and Administration
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate assessment activities.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and update candidate statuses in real-time.
  • Onboarding and Documentation
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and ensure completion of all hiring documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through recruitment events and social media.
  • Participate in and organize recruitment events, job fairs, and career talks.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and improve hiring processes
  • Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role in the Philippine job market.
  • Familiarity with various hiring practices, local labor laws, and government compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
